Returns & Exchanges

At OhSnap Shop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your tech; if your device isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All electronics must be in their original packaging with all included accessories and cables to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your OhSnap account and select the 'Return Item' button next to your recent order to generate a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Device

  Perform a factory reset to remove personal data and securely pack the item in its original box with all manuals, chargers, and protective inserts.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
